Operational Framework (Additional Professional Education)

Moscow Research University (MRU) operates dynamically within the parameters established for Additional Professional Education (DPO), mirroring the standards outlined in Article 76 of the Federal Law on Education in the Russian Federation (N 273-FZ).

Our mandate is not to provide foundational undergraduate or postgraduate academic schooling, but to fulfill the evolving educational and professional demands of active industry executives. Through our cohort-based fellowships, we prioritize practical corporate scaling, strategic leadership, and the continuous enhancement of professional competencies.

Declaration of Institutional Independence

To preserve the absolute sovereignty of our evaluation metrics and to remain unencumbered by traditional bureaucratic constraints, MRU functions strictly as a private, autonomous corporate evaluation board.

Titular Honors & Supreme Recognition

The Sovereign Senate reserves the exclusive right to evaluate global leaders and confer the Doctor honoris causa (Honorary Recognition).

We officially stipulate that these honors are ceremonial and corporate in nature, intended exclusively to recognize monumental lifetime achievements. As an organization that is not an academic or degree-granting institution, these titular honors hold no traditional academic credit and cannot be utilized for licensure in medical, legal, or technical fields.
